The Limerick AC men ran strong in a windy but sunny Adare 10km course this week. They placed second in the mens team. Aaron Gallagher ran a PB of 35:40. Owen Ryan was close behind him in 36:07 followed by Mike Lynch at 37:30 and David Hanlon in 38:04. Fantastic running by the crew and great to see the team out running again.
