What a weekend for LAC athletes. The LAC women dominated and took home Gold. Susan Murnane finished first with Sorcha Keogan in 5th, Noreen Philips in 6th and Ide O’Sullivan in 7th position.
The LAC men also took home Gold. There was great team running by the crew all finishing in the top 10.
Derek Kiely ran a great race coming home in 2nd place with Dave Hanlon in 4th and new LAC athlete Joe Laffan in 5th place. Nigel Carroll was in 6th place with Mike Lynch in 9th and Declan Forde in 10th place.
It is great to see our Intermediate Athletes coming out in such numbers.
