Monday 2nd of January saw the Munster Junior & U23 indoor Championships been held in Nenagh. We had 8 athletes taking part in various events.
Darragh Murphy took Gold in the Junior Men’s 200m
Rex Nyamakazi took Silver in the Junior Men’s 60m
Aaron O’ Connor took Gold in his Triple Jump & Silver in the Long Jump.
Róise Gavan was 4th in the Junior women’s 200m
Aoife Ryan was 6th in the junior women’s 400m & 13th in her 200m
Nathan Ndlovu came 6th in 60m heat & 4th in 200m
Daithi Gallagher came 8th in 60m heat.
Olly Tierney was 7th in 800m.
Derek Kiely competed as a guest in the Senior Men’s 1500m
