The Munster Senior & Master Indoor Championships were held today in Nenagh.
Aaron O’Connor took Gold in the Triple Jump with a jump of 12.73
Rex Nyamakazi 1st in 60m in a time of 7.19
Nathan Ndlovu 8th in 60m in a time of 7.63
Daithi Gallagher was 5th in 200m in a time of 24.63
Rex Nyamakazi, Daithi Gallagher, Nathan Ndlovu & Luke Calitz competed in the relay team that took Silver.
We had two Master Athletes also competing today, Derek Kiely 1st in M40 1500m in a time of 4.31
Keith Daly 2nd in M45 1500m in a time of 5.12
