National Senior Indoor Championships:
Well done to our athletes who competed at the weekend.
Alana Frattaroli was 5th in the Shot with a throw of 12.02
Aaron O’Connor was 5th in the Triple Jump with a jump of 12.50
Rex Nyamakazi, Daithi Gallagher and Nathan Ndlovu competed in the 60m where there was a strong field of fifty athletes with 7 heats and 3 semi finals. Rex was 4th in heat (7.16) and qualified for semi final (7.22) he was 22nd overall. Daithi was 7th in heat (7.51) and 39th over all. Nathan was 6th in heat (7.53) and 40th overall.
Daithi Gallagher & Nathan Ndlovu competed in the 200m with Daithi coming 3rd in heat 4 (23.98) and 17th overall. Nathan also 3rd in heat 5 (24.41) and 21st overall.
Unfortunately the Men’s Relay team wasn’t to be due to lane infringement, but there will be other relays again. Well done to everyone who competed over the weekend.
