A great weekend for LAC at the National Master Indoor Championships with 5 GOLDS and 1 SILVER medals.
Susan Murnane took Gold in the 1500m and 3000M.
Jim O’Connor took Gold in the Pole Vault.
James O’Hare took Gold in the 60m and Long Jump. He won Silver in the Shot Putt.
