The final weekend of the Juvenile Championships was another hugely successful one for the club with Darragh Whelan winning the u15 boys 1,500m in a Championship Record, the u13 Girls team of Zara Coman, Aayla Comyns, Gabriella O’Neill and Rose O’Neill winning the 4x100m relay, and Alanna Purcell winning silver in the National B U16 girls 100m.
There were some other excellent performances across the weekend in the relays and B championships displaying the quality and depth across all age groups.
Congratulations to all the athletes, parents, guardians, coaches and everyone else involved in one of our most successful T&F seasons in years. The athletes and coaches certainly deserve their break.
