The National Cross Country relays continue to be a great day out for club, so good in fact we had to get a second bus to cope with the numbers travelling. The support was duly rewarded with Gold in the u14 mixed relays and silvers in the u13 Girls and u12 Mixed relays. The finish to the u12 mixed relay was so close that the team was originally classified as 3rd and were presented with the bronze medals. Thankfully when the photo finish was checked, the team were upgraded to silver.
Congratulations to all 14 teams who took part and thanks to the coaches, parents and guardian without whom it wouldn’t have happened.

Roll on the Munster Uneven age Championships which will be held in Twomile Borris, Co. Tipperary. Changes have been made to the ticketing system to avoid the delays that happened at the Even Age event.
