Zara Coman and Charlie Smith marked their first secondary schools competitions with silver medals in the Munster Schools Combined events on Tuesday. Zara was competing for Castletroy College while Charlie was representing Scoil Pól Kilfinane.
All age groups competed over the 60mH, Long Jump, Shot Put and 800m.
Zara and Charlie now qualify for the Irish Schools Combined Events taking place on the 17th of October in Athlone, good luck to them both.
Also competing were Elaine Considine, Julie Quigley, Aayla Comyns, Jack Ryan, Rian Murphy and Diarmuid Kelly. Well done to everyone.
