6th   Cook Ireland Mini Marathon – University of Limerick

     Club’s race so volunteers required

13th  National Juvenile Relays & Autumn Open Cross Country (seniors) – Abbottstown, Dublin

20th  Munster Cross Country – Day 1 Cork (Conna to be confirmed)

      Juvenile Even age, u20s and Novice

November

3rd   Munster Cross Country – Day 2 Waterford (Tramore Racecourse to be confirmed)

      Juvenile Uneven age, u23 and Senior

17th  National Cross Country – Day 1 Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh

      Juvenile Even age, Junior and Senior

24th  Munster Cross Country – Day 3 venue to be confirmed

      Juvenile Relays and Masters

December

1st   National Cross Country – Day 2 venue to be confirmed (possibly Westport. Co. Mayo)

      Juvenile Uneven age & Novice
