Tom and Shane were travelling the world over the past week with two fantastic performances over 100km and the Berlin Marathon.
Tom ran a 100km race in 33C temperatures in Santiago, Chile last weekend in a time of 9hrs 20 while Shane finished the Berlin marathon in 2hr29min beating his 2hr30min target.
Well done to both.
