Well done to Roise Gavan and Alana Frattaroli who both competed at the National Senior Indoor Championships in Abbotstown over the weekend of the 28th February and 1st of March.
Roise ran 7.84 in the 60m while Alana threw 11.08 to finish 5th in the shot out.
