The weather was just as hot on Sunday as our athletes who took home another haul of medals.
In the individual events there was silver for Conall Redmond in the u13 600m and bronze for Jack Ryan u14 800m.
Meanwhile in the relays the u13 boys won silver in the 4x100m (George O’Brien, Jake O’Connor, Ryan O’Connell and Conor Oliver), while the u18 boys won gold in their 4x400m with a gun to tape performance by Aidan Dillon, Gary Buckley, John Farrell and Fionn Cunningham.
Congratulations to all out athletes who performed yesterday and today and over the season a whole and a massive thanks to all our coachers, volunteers, parents and guardians without whom none of our success would be possible.
